In each session, age appropriate facts about each animal will be discussed. While learners are encouraged to participate in the discussion, quiet learners are welcome to listen and absorb knowledge! Students will also learn through interactive activities on Nearpod, and listen to stories. Optional printable activities will be included with coloring along encouraged. Your learner is invited to bring a favorite Arctic animal toy or picture to share with the class. Day 1: Learners will be introduced to Arctic aquatic animals, such as the walrus and the narwhal. Day 2: Learners will be introduced to Arctic land animals such as the Arctic wolf and the Arctic fox. I graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences. I have taught children for over 15 years. My background includes teaching EFL online to learners aged 4-16 as well as teaching preschool.
I live near Seattle, Washington with my husband and two children. We also have a Siberian Husky, two tuxedo cats, two ferrets, a leopard gecko and a crested gecko.
