Aqua Dance Blast: para bailar dentro y fuera de la piscina (5 lecciones)

Each week I will lead a hip-hop style warm-up, which includes stretching, hip-hop moves and fun exercises. Choreography will also be taught each week.! (No dance experience necessary.) 

I will teach a regular dance class in my home dance studio. I will then demonstrate the dance routine in the water. If your student does not swim, they can still learn the dance routine and should not attempt in the water. Class themes deal with mermaids, water, fish etc! 

Week 1: "Mermaid Party" - Warm-up, stretch, learn choreo. Demonstration in the water. 

Week 2: "Dive Into the Pool" - Warm-up, stretch, learn choreo. Demonstration in the water. 

Week 3: "Baby Shark" - Warm-up, stretch, learn choreo. Demonstration in the water. 

Week 4: "Under the Sea" - Warm-up, stretch, learn choreo. Demonstration in the water. 

Week 5: "Descendants 2- Mashup mix" - Warm-up, stretch, learn choreo. Demonstration in the water. 


***This class will have optional homework which is sharing your own choreography (at least 8 counts)! If you are able to film and don't mind posting your video, classmates will be able to comment and give positive feedback on your new choreography! During your choreography you can do poses, you can make up your own moves or incorporate your favorite moves! Feel free to dance with any props or pool floats as well.***
