This class is perfect for birthday celebrations and everybody who loves unicorns, fairies, mermaids, rainobow, cartoon, game, character, anime, storytelling, chibi and art. Under the right conditions, all children can become more creative thinkers, expressive artist and problem solvers. Drawing is one of the ways to unlock their creativity. On this class students will learn the basics to create characters in anime drawing style. Each class we will create a new illustration that will spark students creativity! This is a perfect class that builds the community and safe space for students to draw and share their interests. Students will learn the secrets to drawing quickly and easily. No prior drawing experience is required.

I am a character and costume designer with the MFA from Northwestern University, I've taught various art and design related classes for 7 years and I have worked with all different age learners.
I have been creating and drawing unique characters for many stories for the last 15 years. Besides my professional expertise my inspiration for creating this class is coming also from my love of storytelling, imaginative characters and beautiful colors.
Students are encouraged to keep working on their drawings outside of class. They can email their finished drawings for additional feedback after the class.
