Experiencia de clase

In this 8-week course, learners will be instructed by a hard-of-hearing individual. This course will cover the basics of ASL, including ABCs, numbers, questions, and so much more. Since this course is a basics of ASL, no prior knowledge is needed to enroll in this course. However, it would be the most beneficial to have taken the first class of this series! After class, a review of the signs learned in class will be posted.

**This class will be most beneficial if you take my "American Sign Language (ASL) for Beginners (Part One)" class**
All of my Multi-Day American Sign Language classes are in a class funnel. Please contact me to set up time that we can do a 1:1 placement class if you don’t know where your learner may fit best.

We will be covering:
Week 1 / Theme: Review from "American Sign Language (ASL) for Beginners (Part One)"
Week 2 / Theme: Family, People, and Pronouns
Week 3 / Theme: Opposites and Questions
Week 4 / Theme: Feelings, Emotions, and Colors
Week 5 / Theme: Ideas and Concepts
Week 6 / Theme: Time, Seasons, and Weather
Week 7 / Theme: Travel and Locations
Week 8 / Theme: Review from the entire class

During class time, we will be introducing ourselves in American Sign language, then go over the course material for the day, ask questions about different signs, and then if there is time we will be able to play games like Kahoot! or Hang Man. In this course, it is important to keep your camera on and be attentive in this class. Since this is a class that will be teaching another language, I will ask all students to turn their cameras on and be present.

This is a class that is part of a Multi-Section series, so if you enjoyed this one, come back and take another!

Outschool and Classroom Policies:
