Club de origami avanzado

Advanced Origami Club is for learners who love origami and have experience folding origami. This class goes beyond beginner and intermediate origami. Learners should have experience and confidence with folding origami that has complex folds and multiple steps.The class will move at a faster pace than my beginning and intermediate origami classes and clubs. Your learner should know how to do a water balloon base, squash folds, inside reverse folds and outside reverse folds.

Your learner should be able to complete the fold without help. 

On Wednesday, February 3 Advanced Origami Club will start again from the beginning, with the following order of lessons for 9 weeks:

I enjoy having an interactive class. Learners can bring origami they have folded at home to show the class. The class will start with face-to-face introductions and then I will spotlight my second camera which has a view of my hands. Follow along step-by-step as we fold the paper together. Origami is great for strengthening fine motor skills, following directions, problem solving and having fun!

Depending upon the origami fold, we may have time to fold the same origami a second time. Learners that want a challenge, can try folding with a smaller square of paper. If we're folding an animal I'll demonstrate how to draw scales or feathers on the origami.

I started folding origami when my sons were younger. They both went through a phase when they could not fold enough paper! This ongoing class is a fun place where experienced folders can share with others that have the same passion.

I never cancel classes due to low enrollment. However, I will email you to let you know if your learner is the only one enrolled, in case they are uncomfortable with a one-on-one class.
