As a teacher of rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, I believe that the child who grows most healthfully is the child who is given the opportunity to experiment, play and develop skills in a positive environment, where fun is the foundation and personal excellence is the ideal! I've trained for 15 years at a USA Gymnastics National Team Training Center, and am now bringing my expertise to you!

My advanced flexibility program provides a comprehensive and well-rounded work out regimen combining stretching, coordination and strength. Classes enhance each student's health, self-image and well-being though personalized coaching.

Since this is an advanced class, learners must be able to do front splits on at least one leg and be able to hold a bridge pose and a handstand against the wall for 30 seconds.

The class will begin with some light movement to get the muscles warm. Then, we will transition into stretching, to loosen up the muscles. Our stretching exercises will focus on opening up the legs, hips and back. Since we will be stretching our over splits, learners must have a pillow, block or couch to put their legs on and stretch off of.

- Students will be able to shorten the distance between their hands and feet while bending their spine backwards.

Orientación para padres
Students are required to have an open workout space, wear socks or dance shoes, wear tight clothing that does not hang off the body, have a water bottle nearby, and do adequate stretching beforehand. Injuries may occur if students are not properly supervised, so please take the necessary precautions to make sure your child is away from hard/sharp objects. Using a gymnastics mat is recommended.
