I am 7 months away from having my bachelor's degree in child psychology and development. I have two certifications specializing in ADHD - One for strategic planning with elementary students and one for the generalized managing of ADHD and ASD.

This class is intentionally designed to support the unique learning needs of ADHD. Lessons are short, multi-sensory, and highly interactive. Notes are provided at the end of each lesson for review opportunities.
Everything will be provided in class: PDFs uploaded to class page and videos played via screen share.

The episode perfectly depicts the task paralysis that comes with ADHD and is always good for a few laughs in class! **This class is intended to be educational in nature and is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
