In Ms. Julie and Pippa's classes, the focus is on keeping kids connected, engaged, learning and smiling.  In Alphabet Superheroes, we learn the alphabet and early literacy skills by leaning into one letter each day.

Flex classes allow learners to engage with the material when it's most convenient and productive for them!  This section of the Alphabet Superheroes class offers five 25-minute videos for students to watch and five follow-up activity sheets to help me assess their learning each week.

We will follow the same schedule with new material in each 30-minute class:
- Sing good morning and check on our friends' feelings
- Move and groove to a wiggle-buster song
- Explore our mystery bag to learn about a new letter
- Sing or play a fun and silly game with our new knowledge
- Sound out and spell words (both real and nonsense) with the letter of the day
- Draw a picture using our letter of the day
- Read and interact with a theme-related story
- Sing a goodbye song

At the end of class, I will provide a couple of at-home sheets for your learner to complete so that I am able to assess their learning.  One will show me if they are able to identify the letter of the day, and another will show me that they know the sound the letter makes and which words contain that sound.
