ABC y yo: Aprendiendo el alfabeto letra por letra

During this shorter, ongoing class, students will gather together to learn the letters of the alphabet! Teaching will be teacher directed, but there will be lots of opportunity for sharing between the students as I only take 6 students per class.

Schedule will be similar to the following:

1. Greeting / How Are You? Students will say hello to the teacher and wave hello to one another!
2. Students will be asked the question of the day (specific to the letter/letter sound).
3. Students will sing a short song that uses the letter/letter sound  (Example: "A is for apple. A is for apple. Ah, ah, ah, Ah, ah ah, A is for apple. A is for apple. Ah, ah ah. Ah, ah ah). 
4. Students will then identify several different items that start with the letter they are learning that day.
5. Teacher will demonstrate how to form the uppercase and lowercase letter.
6. Students will trace their letters and start the worksheet. (This will be started in class, though may potentially be completed outside of class depending on time).
7. Goodbye / See you next time! Students will give themselves a round of applause for a job well done! Students will wave goodbye to the teacher and their friends.


This ongoing goes through the alphabet from A-Z and then loops back to A! Students can join class at anytime!
