Dive into the world of math as we explore and apply mathematical concepts to real-life situations! 

This course will cover the entire 7th-grade math curriculum throughout the year, with opportunities for optional homework, projects, and assessments, while building on your existing knowledge.

Topics include:

Semester 1 (16 weeks)*
Unit 1: Ratios and Proportional Relationships 
Unit 2:  The Number System

Semester 2: (20 weeks)
Unit 3: Expressions and Equations
Unit 4: Geometry
Unit 5: Statistics and Probability 

*Note: there will be a 2 week holiday break in December as well as a week break in November and April

We will also cover the Mathematical Practices.
