Welcome to 7th & 8th Grades. Singapore Math Curriculum -Part 1 of 6. This class covers 7th and 8th grade Math using the Singapore Math Curriculum. Each module addresses a specific subset of topics that relate to a common area of Mathematics like pre-algebra , geometry, algebra, etc.
Topics are organized with coherence and logical flow in mind as to avoid continuous context switching which is typical in other Math programs.

Teaching each topic listed in the syllabus goes through these 4 steps (What to expect each week)
- Day 1: Explain A major topic from the syllabus side by side with helper examples to help demonstrate the concepts.
- Day 2: Summerize prior day topic and show types of questions and approach/steps for solving them + examples.
- Day 3: In class practice, practice, practice
- Day 4: In Class Competition (Jeopardy style) + Prizes to winners.
Competition performance counts as that of a quiz with grades being assigned to sudents according to their scores.
