📝Recommended Supplies

✅I recommend that your student keep a 3 ring binder to compile all lesson notes and activities, but this is certainly not a requirement.

✅It is also helpful for students to have a personal whiteboard with dry erase markers to participate in this class. An alternative for this would be for students to have several sheets of white paper or a notebook and some markers available. (Markers are easier for me to see on the computer screen than pencil or pen).

✅While I suggest that all provided resources are printed out, your student is more than welcome to follow along digitally (with a second device), or transcribe notes onto notebook paper.

✅A second device such as a tablet or phone is helpful when we play online games, but not required. If a second device is not available, then your student should be familiar with “splitting the screen” on the device they are using. You can find tutorials on YouTube for this.

👋After you enroll your learner, you will receive a welcome packet that includes the following:

✅Classroom expectations

Each week thereafter, you will receive:

✅Weekly printable materials
✅Links to intervention & enrichment video lessons

My goal is to help students MAKE SENSE of what they are learning, and not just memorize content. I believe very strongly in focusing on the "WHY" and "HOW".
