Nivel Beginner - Intermediate
Improve your overall health and fitness level with this 4 week 5 Minute Beginner Ab Self-Paced class! The core workouts are great for anyone including athletes (Tumbling, Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Dancing, Soccer, Ice Skating, Basketball and more)! Never done a crunch before? No Problem! Like the accountability of working out in a group but don't have that option right now? Or don't actually like to workout with other people watching you? Then this the perfect class for you! -Each lesson a different 5 minute workout video focused on ab/core muscles will be posted. -I will post weekly workout assignments (normally consisting of completing 3 workouts a week). -Every lesson a different weekly challenge will be posted. This is where you can show off your skills! Complete the challenge and upload a video to the classroom to show how well you did! But don't stop there, that is only the beginning of the competition! Don't worry you have till the end of the week to try again (as many times as you want). Throughout the course students will be encouraged to with me about their progress by commenting on posts and videos and by discussing what exercise they struggled with or excelled at each week. No experience necessary. Each workout can be modified and completed at your own pace.

Parental guidance and supervision is required. This class includes a strenuous workout. There is a risk of injury if the skills are not preformed correctly by the participants. If your child has any physical limitations, please let me know.
Please choose a location with plenty of space to move around, and no hard objects nearby. Please monitor your child to make sure they are safe, following instructions and not over exerting themselves. They should have a water bottle nearby.

WITH EDEN'S CLASSES HAVE INHERENT RISK OF INJURY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE RELATED TO CONTACT WITH THE GROUND, ITEMS SURROUNDING THE GROUND, CONTACT WITH OTHER INDIVIDUALS ON THE GROUND, CONTACT WITH EQUIPMENT ON THE GROUND. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED MAY BE COMPOUNDED BY NEGLIGENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE OR RESCUE OPERATIONS OF P.E. WITH EDEN. WITH EDEN, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND COACHES OR OTHERWISE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. I COVENANT NOT TO MAKE OR BRING ANY SUCH CLAIM AGAINST P.E. WITH EDEN, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND COACHES AND FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE P.E. WITH EDEN, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND COACHES FROM LIABILITY UNDER SUCH CLAIMS.
P.E. With Eden strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before your child begins any exercise/fitness program/class. Your child should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in strenuous exercise. P.E. With Eden is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that they have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.
This waiver is governed by Colorado law. If any provision of this document is found inadmissible in court or unlawful it shall not affect the remaining provisions, and those remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By signing up for this class, I acknowledge that I read the waiver and I fully understand the terms of the waiver and I am voluntarily giving up the rights set forth in the waiver.

I have coached children pretty much all of my life. I have coached many sports/activities. I started coaching gymnastics at the age of 15 and quickly moved onto coaching competition cheerleading as well. Fitness and staying healthy has always been a top priority in my life.
Once having children of my own I decided to start a non profit sports program for homeschoolers. I personally have written many of our coaches guides and I run all of our coaches clinics. Through this program and others I have coached many different sports; running, soccer, softball, dodgeball, kickball, sports skills, strength and conditioning and overall physical fitness..
I have coached all ages: kids as young as 1.5 years all the way through adults.
