In this beginning drawing class we will learn the basics of how to make an awesome 3d optical illusion drawing. We will explore how students can take the basic lines and shapes they already know how to draw and transform them into mind bending illusions. This lesson will feature magical spheres popping out of a background. The students will learn best practices for sketching, clean-up, outlining and color choice. We will also explore how the student's color choices affect the impact and feeling of their artwork. At the conclusion of the class, students will have a beautiful piece of art! The most awesome part about this technique is that the students can use this project as a jumping off point to inspire their own spherical optical illusion drawings!
