We will cover 3 chapters per class in the book "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" by John C Maxwell. Each class will begin with teaching on what the laws for the week are, followed by real life examples of how they can be used (or abused). The rest of class is discussion designed to help the students experiment and apply the laws they are learning. The discussion will be customized to students, as we are sharing current scenarios as students are expanding their grasp of the content and growing in their leadership skills. Participation is key - you will get out what you put in! Agenda: Class 1 - Expectations and Reading Tips Class 2 - Law #1, 2. 3 Class 3 - Law # 4, 5 ,6 Class 4 - Law # 7, 8, 9 Class 5 - Law# 10, 11, 12 Class 6 - Law# 13, 14, 15 Class 7 - Law# 16, 17, 18 Class 8 - Law# 19. 20, 21

I highly recommend purchasing the actual book for this course. The audio version is not always in alignment with the order we will follow and can frustrate the student who likes things to match and have order. Since half of each class is based on teaching the laws, you will still gain much by simply attending and interacting with the daily learning. Handouts will also be available to download for each class to help with note-taking.
