This class aims to establish a set of strategies the learner can use to work towards their goals. Some may want to write a better English or Social Studies essay, and others may simply want general writing or research help. 

The topics that this class will cover include but are not limited to:

- Sentence structure
- Word choice
- Paragraph organization
- Writing a good thesis statement
- Argumentation and rhetoric
- Research and quote selection
- Citation

In my 1:1 classes, I am here for the learner. Whatever they feel they need help with is what we will work on that day. Our first meeting will probably include a lot of discussing their past experiences with writing, and what they'd like to set for their writing goals.
