This class is designed for your child to succeed in learning.  Each class is planned by the teacher based on your child's needs and goals in the mathematics content area.  Topics in math will be focused on strengthening and enhancing your child's expertise.  This will include learning new math skills at a higher level.  The teacher's approach will guide your child to develop critical thinking skills, differentiated problem solving strategies, and build frustration tolerance skills. The teacher corresponds with the parent regularly providing insight with the student's lessons and learning outside of class time.  

Growth Area Topic Examples:  Word Problems Solving, Multiplication and Division, Fractions

Advanced Topics Examples: Pre-Algebra, 6th Grade Math Prep, Multi-Step Word Problem Solving

*Please message the teacher for additional times and days.  Classes can be scheduled for multiple days of the week and or additional amounts of time.

*ESA funds, PEP funds, Grants, and ClassWallet can be applied towards this class

Guidelines for All Classes (For Parents and Students) - Work under the supervision of an adult at home - All materials are to be used carefully and with caution - Clean up and properly dispose of materials after class - Wash your hands =) All activities in Ms. Sarah’s classes are to be done under the supervision of an adult, who is responsible for the safety of the student. Ms. Sarah is not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulted in class.
