How does someone prepare for adulthood? In this class, your student will be interviewed using two transition surveys as a guide. The specific goal is to help them think proactively about post secondary living (aka "adulting"). They will identify their goals (in the areas of living, learning, and working), explore current gaps, and identify actions needed to get where they would like to be.
