Tutoría de comprensión lectora individual: 3.º, 4.º, 5.º, 6.º, 7.º y 8.º grado: 45 min.

In this one-on-one class, your learner will receive individualized attention to cement any reading or comprehension concepts that she/he is struggling to grasp. 

As a certified secondary teacher, I will work with your child to improve their reading and comprehension skills at their own pace and level. Some students learn best when they receive one-on-one attention which is not always available in a typical classroom.

Students can enroll in this class more than once, and I will keep assisting them in developing their skills.  We will be reading engaging stories and your learner can also bring in their own schoolwork to work on. In order for your learner to learn while having fun, I try to establish an enjoyable and relaxed learning environment.  Reading comprehension is a crucial component of education, and many students require extra help in this area.  I'll assist your learner to develop a passion for reading and boost their self-confidence in their reading abilities!  

Students will be reading through numerous engaging passages and stories, and I will be guiding them through it, while also going over vocabulary, proper pronunciation of words, and comprehension questions that relate to the passages. 

If your child is struggling in something specific and you would like me to focus on it, please include it in the classroom at least 24 hours before the start of class. Include what grade level your child is in school so I can be prepared with material on their level, as well. Please also include any topics, subjects, or genres that your child is interested in to make their class time with me enjoyable.
