The panda has been in with us for thousands of years. We will learn all about their habitat, sleeping habits , and diet. We will also watch some baby pandas right after their birth

US Grade Kindergarten - 2
We will learn all about pandas: including diet, natural habitat, panda birth, sleep patterns, as well as talking about their distinct colors. We will see pictures of baby pandas as they grow. We will also talk a little about being an endangered species. My teaching is relaxed...it will be mostly pictures and lectures. I'm relaxed and encourage questions and comments. Children will have time to talk about pandas with each other....biggest surprise about pandas no required experience or...
I don't think this will improve any of their writing skills, etc. I think the class offers the most for learners by describing the panda. An animal most of us, will never see.
I already teach "A Trip to the Zoo Every week we talk about a different animal that we would find in the zoo. It has been a popular class. I'm taking individual animals out of this ongoing class and develop as a one time class I'm a nurse so I do not have any direct expertise...other than loving these animals."
