1 live meeting
25 mins in-class hours per weekClass Experience
In this weekly club, learners will get together to practice social skills and make friends. Each meeting will begin with a fun new way of greeting each other. After that, the question of the day will be introduced to the group. As discussion occurs, learners are encouraged to doodle and draw about the topic. At the end of the meeting, there will be time for sharing for those who would like. Learners will practice social skills by being respectful of peers while they are sharing, learning to listen actively, and sharing their work with others. The teacher will model active listening and gently encourage learners to share. As an ongoing class, learners can enroll and withdraw at any time. No additional resources outside of the Outschool Zoom classroom are required. Questions of the week: Jan 1: When do you think your bedtime should be? Jan 8: When is your favorite season?
