Teaching Your Dog to Obey Commands
In this one-time course, we will teach our dogs to "sit." As time allows, we will move on to "lay down." This course is a fun way for students to bond with their dogs in-class.

US Grade 2 - 5
Beginner Level
In this class, students will bring their dog to the online classroom, where they will introduce their pet to classmates and teacher. Once the class is comfortable, we will discuss strategies to teach our dogs to listen to commands. Students and their pet will need a spacious area free from distraction to practice commands such as "sit" and "lay down." Cameras should be positioned to allow the teacher to observe interactions between students and their dog for instructional purposes....
Students will learn how to positively interact with their dog while teaching their pet to obey basic commands.
