Class Experience

This is Spend it or Save it: The Challenge! In this class students will face off (in friendly competition of course) to see who can budget and have the best bang for their buck! Each student will be faced with real life scenarios such as: Choosing a career, utility bills, housing fees, family expenses, grocery expenses, and the plain old urge to splurge! Students will not only face off to see who budgets and saves their money better but they will also work together to help each other make...

Students will learn the value of spending and saving money. They will learn by being placed in real life scenarios that test their ability to make money conscious decisions and how well they can budget their resources!

A calculator, a pen or pencil, and paper! I will supply the rest of the info/materials necessary!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

4 hours 35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
