Show and Tell - Circle Time!

Hi! My name is Jenna and I am so excited to be teaching for Outschool! 
 I have a degree in Communications (with a focus in Advertising), and English! I have been an online teacher for 2 years now, and I love being able to connect with kids all over the world and share knowledge to help them grow. 

My philosophy behind my teaching, why I do what I do, is to help children become more confident in themselves, and to share the knowledge they acquire in my class with others. I hope to create a spark and make learning a joy for my students and to help them become the best versions of themselves. 

My teaching style is interactive and full of high energy. I want your students to be engaged and interested in what we are learning. I always strive for high-interaction based learning. I love discussion based classes where I can have conversations with my learners. 

As a teacher, I have many interests and things I hope to bring to the table. I love Communication, Reading, and English. I have so many things I hope to share with my students, and learn about their passions along the way too! I am very passionate about movies and television, as well as sharing my knowledge with others. 

My classes will all be focused (in one way or another) on helping your child grow into a better version of themselves. Sometimes through classes focused more on personal growth, sometimes through learning, but with the ultimate goal of helping your child succeed and for learning to be a fun and safe space for them to thrive!

In the case of late students - I have a policy where I do not wait in the classroom longer than 10 minutes (regardless of class length) without students there. If your child misses class or is more than 10 minutes late as the only learner, please reach out and I would be happy to direct you to Outschool's happiness guarantee or arrange a make-up class time.
