In this exciting 6-week course, students aged 7-12 will design, animate, and program their very own Roblox character. They’ll start by creating a unique character model, then bring it to life with animations and custom movement scripts. By the end of the course, students will have a fully animated character with special abilities that they can use in their own games or future projects. Along the way, they’ll gain 3D modeling, animation, and basic scripting skills—essential for game design in Roblox. ✨ What You’ll Learn: ✅ How to model and customize a character in Roblox Studio ✅ Animating characters using Roblox’s Animation Editor ✅ Coding movement and special abilities with Lua scripting 🚀 Why This Class? They won’t just build a character—they’ll learn how to bring it to life through coding and animation, giving them a head start in game development! 💻 Requirements: • Active Roblox account • Roblox Studio installed on a Windows or Mac computer • Computer mouse (recommended for easier navigation) 📝 Note: This course is beginner-friendly! No prior scripting or animation experience needed. Roblox Studio must be installed before class. Not compatible with tablets or Chromebooks.
