This is a private tutoring Spanish class with a maximum of two students per session. Students will receive individual instruction focusing on Spanish vocabulary, verb conjugation, grammar and conversation. Sessions will las 30 minutes and be divided into three sections. The first 10 minutes will be dedicated to vocabulary. I will teach 5 new vocabulary words. Students will be encouraged to spell and repeat them, focusing on pronunciation and repetition. The second 10 minute portion of class will be dedicated to verbs and grammar. I will introduce 3-5 new verbs which we will practice conjugating. They will also learn a grammar rule. The last 10 minutes of class will be focused on conversation. Students will get to talk with a fluent Spanish speaker to apply previously learned material to basic conversation. I will correct them for pronunciation and grammar.

Hi there! My name is Nicole Mazza and I am an Art, Spanish, English and Writing teacher. I have taught workshops in art, fiber art and writing to children and adults for the past 10 years and have taught English online for the past 4 years. As a native Spanish speaker, I also have experience helping those who want to practice their conversation skills and fluency.
I graduated with a degree in fine arts and have had exhibitions in New York, LA, Chicago and Buenos Aires. As a professional artist working in painting, drawing, embroidery and sewing I aim to teach students how to unleash their creative side and express themselves. In class students will learn the basics of art theory and different material practices to broaden their visual language. I will also encourage students to discover their unique style and just have a good time exploring new techniques. As an artist it also important to be able to share your work and ideas with others. This builds confidence and teaches one how to express their ideas verbally. Student will learn how to show support for each other while constructively sharing opinions.
The most important thing for me in any class in any topic is for the student to learn while having a good time. My goal is to engage them with pictures, videos, visual demonstrations and fun activities.
