Private 1:1 ESL (English as a Second Language Tutoring)

My ongoing Private 1:1 English as a Second Language class is designed for non-native English-speaking students to help sharpen their reading, writing, and conversational skills. I ensure to build my students' confidence in speaking English, by using lots of TPR, digital props, and creating a fun, colorful, and relaxed environment. My class curriculum is customized to each student's needs whether they would like to practice free conversation on general topics or would rather focus on my customized curriculum which covers phonics, reading, and/or writing (based on assessed level). I have over 6+ years of experience working with young learners as a tutor.  I have taught ESL to hundreds of students online on the VIPKID platform. I also am a TESOL Certified teacher and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from DePaul University.
