I am a passionate agriculture youth educator with a B.S. in Animal Science, M.S. in Career, Technical and Leadership Education. I am a former 4-H Youth Development Educator with 15+ years of teaching and educational curriculum development in a variety of agriculture, natural resource and science areas. I grew up with beef cattle and swine, married into the horse industry and love gardening.
Will receive handouts prior to each week's lesson. Week Three we will be using a raw egg (for sure!) and hard-boiled egg (optional). White plate and paper towel.
