The class focuses on student output in Japanese by speaking or typing in Japanese through a series of activities in an web-based collaboration environment. ACTFL(Novice High-Intermediate Low), CEFR(A1-A2), and GCSE (Foundation Tier).

Informal assessment will be done throughout class based on learner works and conversation with the learner. Please understand assessment of any kind will be challenging if a learner choose to make a minimum attempt to complete works, or does not participate in the class activities or practices.Grades Offered
Students must know how to type with hiragana. Installation of Japanese keyboard input before the class is a MUST. You don't have to already know all of hiragana, but being able to spell the sound with romaji is a must.
