Mcqueen Math Basics: Patterns!
This 1-time Lightening McQueen and Cars themed class will help your little Radiator Springs fan learn everything they need to know about patterns (a very important foundation for math skills in the future!).
Class experience
What will be taught? A math foundation staple--patterns!
What topics will you cover? We cover the definition of a pattern, how to identify a pattern, how to complete a pattern, and how to create a pattern.
How is your class structured? I love to get to know my students--every class has a brief show and tell during introduction!
How will you teach? I teach using slides, toys, and props! The more visuals, the better.
What's your teaching style? As a DIRFloortime advocate, I believe...At the end of the class, students will learn how to identify a pattern, complete a pattern, and create a pattern.
As a mother to a Cars obsessed son, I consider myself an expert on all Cars Lore.
No pre-reqs necessary--just bring your love for learning, Lightening Mcqueen, and your favorite McQueen themed toy/clothing item to show off!
Bring your favorite McQueen/Cars movie related toy and/or wear your favorite McQueen/Cars related outfit to show off at our show and tell before class!
