Nature is full of amazing animals. But don't let their looks fool you. Some of the cutest, most colorful and harmless looking creatures are considered the most poisonous animals in the world. In this class we will explore ten of the world's most poisonous animals. Learners will discover where they live, identifiable physical features and the dangers they pose to humans. How can a cute pufferfish be so dangerous? Why are some animals more poisonous in the wild than in captivity? Just how deadly is the venom of a king cobra? For answers to these questions and more fascinating facts come join me in this one-time class. Class will consist of an engaging slide show with colorful photos and video clips and a class discussion where learners are encouraged to share their previous knowledge, opinions and ask questions.
