In this one-time class, we will focus on the short vowel sound of i. This is a multi-sensory class to help students learn the short sound of i.

Class Experience

Does your learner need more practice with learning the short sound of i?  In this one-time multi-sensory class we will do just that!  
We will take a closer look at the short vowel sound of i. We will examine how the short sound of i feels and looks in our mouth. We will explore words with the short i sound through listening, reading and writing.  After each student has had time listening and reading short i words, we will practice reading short sentences (which will be my own created...

This class is taught in English.

A whiteboard and marker will be helpful or pencil and paper!
An optional worksheet will be provided after class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

No outside material will be used and and reading of sentences will be my own creation for practice.
