This is the perfect way to help your beginning learner learn more Spanish basics! This class is ideal for students who are new or relatively new to learning Spanish, and have already completed the Let's Learn Spanish! class. We will continue to build on our Spanish with a variety of introductory topics such as basic conversation questions, things we like to do, the weather, physical characteristics, and winter activities. Day 1: Basic conversation review of the questions and answers for "how are you?", "what's your name?", numbers, and colors. We will learn to describe the weather, and talk about weather we like and dislike. Day 2: We will learn how to name physical characteristics, and ask and answer "what are you like?" Day 3: We will learn how to describe what others are like, and ask the question "What is he/she like?". We will play a game to guess the animated character based on their descriptions. Day 4: We will learn how to name activities we like and dislike, and practice the question "What do you like to do?" Day 5: We will learn to name winter activities we like and dislike, and practice the question, "What do you like to do in the winter?" Day 6: We will review everything with games and speaking, and learn some bonus vocabulary! We will learn in a fun and relaxed style, where we play games, read books, and practice our new words and phrases together so each learner can feel confident. The class will be conducted with a mixture of English and Spanish, where learners are encouraged to use their Spanish words as they grow their confidence. We will cover one new topic per day, and also review our old ones so students grow their usable skills in Spanish. I'm looking forward to learning together!
