I studied in England to obtain my Bachelor of Education degree with an Art and Design specialism. I have enjoyed the position of Art and Design coordinator. During my years as a teacher some of my most memorable and rewarding times were as the after school “Art Club” teacher. I love to be surrounded by those who enjoy creating. I throw very little away and am always asking myself “What can i make with that?’ I love to create with all manner of materials exploring color, texture, line, form, pattern and composition. Our house is filled with all the imaginative things my daughters and I have made over the years. I am a patient and enthusiastic teacher who believes that art is available to all no matter their experience.
Students may need to finish their projects after class if they do not finish within class time.
