Learners will practice the following writing tasks and use this knowledge to write a longer critical review of their favorite Legend of Zelda game: describing a place, short paragraphs, dialogue, visual poems, definitions to words, and writing different types of essays (comparative, cause and effect, critical/review).
I love writing stories and have been coming up with new stories and novels for around 15 years. I have self-published novels on Amazon. I'm also an experienced ESL teacher, having given a wide variety of English classes (including grammar, sentence structure, writing, etcetera) for over 8 years.

There is one final assessment at the end of the course: the learner is to write a critical review of their favorite Zelda game utilizing as many of the writing elements and tasks that they have learned over the first 8 weeks as they can.
