Class Experience

The ages for this class is just a suggestion. Older and younger learners are welcome!

Looking for something fun for your kiddo to do that can double as a Christmas gift? Come join this class and make salt dough ornaments! These are so much fun to make and something kids can do with minimal help! Let's celebrate the holidays and make Christmas ornaments.

1. See list below for ingredients and other important info such as parental supervision and helpful...

*Ingredients
2 c Flour
1 c Salt 
1 c Water
Optional: Food Coloring (if you want to dye the dough)
Optional: Peppermint extract (if you want them to smell like peppermint)

*Handy Kitchen Tools/Things Needed
Drinking Straw (to form hole on top of ornament)
Mixing Bowl
Spoon
Cookie Cutters
Foil
Parchment/Wax Paper

Items needed to decorate (We will not be decorating in class):
Acrylic Paint
Paint brush
Ribbon (for hanging)
Clear Spray Paint (to seal ornaments)

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

You know your child so please be available close by if they need help. The oven will be used to bake ornaments after class.
