Operation Fractions: Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying and Dividing Fractions

Students will learn how to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and whole numbers.  I will use Google Slides, Nearpod, and games to enhance the lesson.  
Class 1- Students will review basic concepts of a fraction.  What is a fraction/mixed number?  How do I make equivalent fractions? How do I simplify a fraction? 
Class 2 and 3- Students will learn how to add and subtract using fractions, whole numbers, and mixed numbers.   
Class 4 and 5- Students will learn how to multiply using fractions, mixed numbers, and whole numbers. 
Class 6 and 7- Students will learn how to divide using fractions, mixed numbers, and whole numbers. 
Class 8- Students will practice using all operations using real life examples.  We will conclude class with a game (I have, who has?).
Class 9- Students will complete Nearpod Assessment.  If time allows, we will play a game as students complete the assessment.
