Please be advised: learners will require a cleared space for movement, an open mind, willingness to explore, and respect for others. Learners do not need shoes, but please ensure surfaces are not slippery if wearing socks or going barefoot as we will be moving throughout class. A yoga mat, rug, or blanket could be used for floor exercises, but are not required. Prepare a space where lying down is visible during the warm up, and keep a chair nearby for sitting or resting, though standing is optional during the class. Finally, please have a water bottle handy, if needed. Thank you!
