Cursive Handwriting With Classical Music

Hi!  My name is Carol Fifer.  I am excited to have this opportunity to share my passion for learning with you and your kids.  I believe learning should be enjoyable yet challenging.  I want students to enjoy learning as much as I do.  I strive to offer meaningful, engaging, and rewarding classes.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with Early Childhood Education and Vocal Music Education endorsements.  I have been in education for the past 28 years.  13 of those years I taught 2nd grade, and in 6 of those years I worked with preschoolers and their families.  It’s important that students feel comfortable being themselves and doing their best.  Students will enjoy interacting with me, my puppets, and their peers while learning academically, listening to stories, and expressing themselves through drawing, writing, singing, and fun activities. 
I look forward to teaching reading, vocabulary, and basic academic skills while we draw and create. I grew up on a rural farm and love animals. I Love Snoopy, singing, drawing, writing, going on walks, crafting, sewing, cooking, baking, traveling, and eating my fruits and vegetables.
