Description
Class Experience
Students will learn how to use GarageBand to create loop recordings. They will be able to add voice, pre-recorded instruments, sound effects, and more to their project. They will learn how to save and download their recordings as mp3 or wav files, and use them on their personal platforms.
Informal assessments will be used to indicate that a learner was able to successfully use the software to create their own recording.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will not be allowed to share their personal websites or social media platforms during this class. The focus of this class is creating background music for their platforms.
