In this fun, fact-filled class, learners will learn about a new group of animals as they complete a themed coloring activity. The teacher will present a fun and visual-filled presentation with scientific information and facts. Students will also have the chance to 'test their knowledge' by answering fun trivia questions. At the end of each class, learners will have a chance to showcase their masterpieces. Doodling and engaging in a hands-on activity can actually help students retain more information! If your child enjoys learning about science and animals in a fun and hands-on way, they'll love this class. Week of October 19: Sharks Week of October 26: Bats and Other Flying Mammals Week of November 2: Dinosaurs Week of November 9: Marine Mammals Week of November 16: Ice Age Animals Week of November 23: Moths, Butterflies, and Other Flying Insects! Week of November 30: Reptiles

Students will learn facts and information about a weekly animal topic and work on a themed coloring activity.

Supply List
Teacher will provide a coloring PDF for parents to print before class. Students can bring crayons, colored pencils, markers, or anything else they like to color with!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
