Class experience
In this interactive class, students will go on an adventure at the beach and discover a world of sea animals! As we discuss the story "At the Beach", children will get to practice their conversational skills and learn new vocabulary words while playing exciting games. I like to make learning interesting by including interactives games throughout my lessons. I am confident that if a child is having fun while learning, they will retain information a lot better. The lessons will include...
Week 1: - Warm-up conversation about sea animals we already know - New vocabulary words (rock, shell, sand, wave) - Learn interesting facts about low tide and high tide, shells, the flat periwinkle and barnacles - Word puzzle, matching game, animal habitat game... Week 2: - Review of the previous week - Warm-up conversation about our favorite sea animal - Video "The Starfish" - Learn interesting facts about the crab, starfish, prawn and seahorse - Food chain game, choose the correct word, drawing game... Week 3: what food sea animals eat - Learn interesting facts about the dolphin, basking shark, puffin, pelican and oystercatcher - Video "The Pelican" - Animal guessing game, True or False, Feed the animals game...
