Astronomy - Solar Eclipse 2017
Class experience
This class will review how to prepare for the eclipse - equipment, eye-protection, times and locations. It will also include a brief history of other U.S. eclipses and the science (and superstitions) that surrounds this natural phenomena. Astronomy 101 students can use their pinhole viewer to safely see the eclipse. The eclipse will be view-able nationwide on August 21st at 12:40 Mountain Time.
