In this ongoing course students will learn leadership skills, online collaboration techniques, strategy creation skills, and team work while learning about dinosaurs!
Class experience
ARK is an expansive, open world game where the student can interact, tame, care for, and ride dinosaurs. They can also build structures much like you can in Minecraft. Students will learn game play and online collaboration strategies with their team to defeat an opposing team or participate in solo challenge. This class is a challenge club where students will be issued a challenge every week and work together with their team to complete the challenge before the opposing team. Below are...

Also, the blood setting can be turned off. It can be considered a naturally violent game since you can be attacked by dinosaurs or other people. However, this class is about finishing challenges, so they may have to hunt, capture, or tame dinosaurs. They may have to capture an enemy base or grab an enemy possession and take it back to base (capture the flag). Other challenges in include building structures, exploring maps, and finding specific items with team members.
