Animal Study + Drawing: All About Fennec Foxes
In this one-time class, students will learn all about the physical characteristics, habitat, diet, behavior, and conservation status of fennec foxes; Then, they will apply their knowledge to draw or color a picture of a fennec fox.

Class Experience
There will be no homework.
1 file available upon enrollment-printed coloring pages (Upon enrollment, the PDF will be available to download from the classroom page.) -coloring utensils of choice
There will be no assessments.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Because this is a science-based class about animals, I will be mentioning the fact that some animals hunt and eat other animals; however, there will be no graphic images, graphic videos, or graphic descriptions. Google Slides will be used to present the information and images to the learners. I will be using the screen-share function to present to the class. Learners will not need to have their own Google Slides accounts.
All scientific information presented within this class has been thoroughly researched and obtained from reputable sources. Content for this class is written using information from zoological organizations, encyclopedia articles, scientific journals, and wildlife conservation organizations. Citations for these sources are listed below. (Students will not need to access these sources during the lesson.) All photography is licensed through Creative Commons. Credits are printed below each licensed photo throughout the lesson. Uncredited photos are licensed by Pixabay.
