In this course, students will learn the basics of American Sign Language. Children will learn signs for the Alphabet and numbers. Upon completion of this course, students will be be able fingerspell their names and words.
Class experience
During this class, students will learn the American Sign Language Alphabet. After the course students will be equipped with sufficient knowledge to spell their names, and words. Students will also learn the signs for colors and numbers.
The goal for this class is for students to gain knowledge of American Sign Language in order to aid them with basic communication skills. Also to provide students with a foundation in ASL that they can further develop.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
