We will learn interesting facts about dolphins in this class. These facts are about the mammals' habitat, communication, behavior, and more. Learners will get to see video clips, images, and text to learn fun facts, and we will have discussions about the content. Students are welcome to share facts they have learned with one another as well as ask questions about what we are learning. Once we have learned some fun things about this sea creature, we will then draw a dolphin together to celebrate our learning.

Hi! I'm Allie, and I am a certified educator in Orlando, Florida, with special endorsements in both Reading and ESOL. I have been an elementary school teacher for 5 years, and have primarily taught 3rd and 4th grade.
I enjoy teaching classes that are unique and interactive, and hope I might help students learn in ways they may not have in a traditional classroom setting. I like to think learning happens best when students are engaged and interested in the content, and my goal is for students to become invested in topics they hadn’t found interesting before. I look forward to having the opportunity to teach bite-sized lessons that help children retain what they have learned by allowing them to make connections and keep their attention.
