This is an ongoing art class that focuses on skills that build mental health awareness and cope with anxiety.
Class experience
Each week's class will cover a new art skill, medium, and mental health "thought"! Week of April 15 -- Recreate a dream. (Recreating a dream we've had through art! If students can't remember any dreams, they can make one up! This could be remembering a good dream or working through a bad one. ) *The science of why we dream.
