Weekly (40 Min) Small Group (1-3) "Would You Rather?" Confidence Building Class

Welcome to my happy place. Your student will grow their self and social confidence in this 40 minute weekly class.  Do you want your child to feel confident in social settings? Do you want them to speak up and participate more? In this 40 minute weekly, small class setting (1-3 students max), students meet up in a welcoming classroom to practice social skills and basic skills. We will be using activities they already feel comfortable with: art, writing and making up stories. 

Students practice each of these skills in every class:
1. Public Speaking
2. Writing
3. Drawing
4. Reading
5. Time Management

By practicing all the above skills, while having fun, students build inner and social confidence. If I do my job right, your student will run to you after class to show you their hard work. They will be proud of their hard work and have a smile on their face. 

In addition to practicing the basic skills above, students will practice kindness by talking to one another, taking turns, repeating what others say to show off their listening skills, complimenting one another and being supportive. My classes all focus on confidence building and kindness to self and others. I use art and conversation to grow self esteem in all learners.
