In this ongoing, STUDENT-LED class, learners will meet new friends while playing Bedwars, Rivals, and Strongest Battlegrounds (SBG) on a private server. The class will have breakout rooms where students can team up and play the game of their choice. To ensure fairness in smaller class sizes, the following rotation will be applied: 30 minutes – Bedwars 15 minutes – Rivals 15 minutes – SBG In each session, learners will practice their communication and teamwork skills by creating and sharing strategies with their teammates. Class Expectations: All learners are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and friendly manner. 🚫 No swearing 🚫 No bullying 🚫 No taunting How It Works: - Each learner must download the Roblox app and create a free account with parental permission. - Add the instructor to your Roblox friend list. - Once your friend request is accepted, you will join the private server for the class. - A breakout room will be created, and learners will be transferred to the room of their choice to play their selected game. Important Notice: These games are categorized as MILD. Learners will need their parents to set their Content Maturity level to at least Mild in order to participate. Come ready to team up, strategize, and have fun in a positive gaming environment!

Parental Guidance
Parental Guidance is required. Leaners need their parent's permission to play this game and use the Roblox app. Also, gamer tags will be required for the class. Gamer tags would only be shared in-game and not in OS classroom.

Hi, I'm Mareeka Edwards, a proud homeschooling mom with a background in Early Childhood Montessori Education. Before pursuing my passion for teaching, I worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician and was on the path to becoming a Chemical Engineer. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to pause my Chemical Engineering studies. But as they say, "Everything happens for a reason." This led me to open my own tutoring company in 2011, which eventually grew into themed summer camps, a home daycare, and now, online tutoring with Outschool.
Teaching is my passion, and I firmly believe that learning takes many forms. In our home, we’re always exploring new ideas or honing existing skills.
I’m excited to teach Math, Phonics, Reading & Comprehension, Spelling, Coding, and Science classes for learners aged 4 to 12.
In my classroom, learners will have their mics on throughout the session to encourage interaction and collaboration. I kindly ask that everyone raise their hands before answering questions and show respect by not speaking over one another.
